The List of Apple Devices compatible with iOS 14 – 2020

Apple has just announced the latest generation operating system, iOS 14. The update is compatible with several iPhone and iPad series. In June, at the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), the operating system was initially announced and only became available on September 16, 2020.

Among the extra features coming to iOS 14, Apple is featuring a new app manager and home screen widget for the first time on an iPhone and a more streamlined Siri interface. The new iOS 14 update will also let users play video thumbnails while doing other things and add masks to the Memoji feature.

As with the new iOS update, users may wonder if they can still use the old iPhone, or it is time to upgrade to a more recent version. When Apple revealed iOS 13 last year, the Tim Cook-led company announced an update that worked on the iPhone 6S, iPhone SE (2016), and later models.

This year, Apple does not exclude the iPhone 6S or older versions of the iPhone SE. Here’s the official list of devices that will work with iOS 14 and iPad, as reported by CNET, Thursday, September 17, 2020:
